This is my 2nd time visiting the spa. It was recommended by my daughter. I drive all the way from Newport News to experience the luxury, peace and serenity! I have had the pleasure of experiencing “spa day” on 2 different occasions with my besties. 1st visit I choose the body scrub and mineral bath services. OOH LALAA! Hard to find words for the luxuriousness I felt! 2nd visit I choose the Warm Vanilla and Bourbon massage and AURA did not disappoint!nI will continue to share and rave about how great this spa is!
My visit here was very nice! I was not staying at the hotel, but booked a sugar back scrub and massage here. The front desk attendants were so nice and accommodating (and very thorough). The changing areas/restrooms were nice, as was the lounging area. My massage therapist was very skilled and the experience was super relaxing. I even enjoyed a glass of wine and a fruit and cheese plate after. I would definitely come back here.
This is a wonderful spa. I have tried several of their services and gave not been disappointed. Robin is exceptional. The staff is professional and friendly.
I had a wonderful experience at Aura. The staff was welcoming and very professional. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend this spa and I can’t wait to go back! So glad to finally have an exceptional spa in Richmond.
I always enjoy my treatment while visiting Shortpump. The staff at Aura are awesome and always friendly.
