Ashley always styles my hair so it is easy to make it look great. They are clean and I never have to worry. Only suggestion would be to go back to the higher end appearance they used to have.
Ashley does my pedicure and is a fantastic technician. Staff is friendly and courteous.
Greeted right away as always. Lee did fantastic job in my nails but the cleanliness has a lot to be desired behind the spa chairs garbage of water bottles. With Covid one would think that things would get cleaned better needs a good scrub down.
Very poor quality!!!! My nails look trashy with hard stuff all around them. If I could they would have negative stars.
I loved this nail salon until recently. Last week, I had an appointment with Mercy (who is amazing) and called to verify the time. I was told Mercy was off that day. This was fine because I had another appointment scheduled with her today. I called this morning to make sure of my appointment and was told she no longer worked there. The issue I have is I had to reach out to the salon for this information. I would have gone up there for my usual appointment time and would have been disappointed especially because they are typically understaffed and have long wait times. I have tried other technicians here and would only let Mercy, Nan, or Lin work on my nails. All 3 of them are no longer at this location.
