I recently went to Scents of Serenity for a deep tissue massage with Rachael. She was excellent! Very responsive and attentive. In addition, I was impressed with the steps that the business is taking to protect clients and employees during the pandemic. They managed to be quite warm and welcoming while taking every precaution.

I scheduled appointments for a party of four. Morgan was very professional & made it extremely easy to accommodate a larger group for an afternoon of relaxation! The spa is warm and inviting with a boho vibe. The massage therapists were wonderful! Susy provided an amazing first time experience with a mud wrap. She explained every step and was very professional! Would absolutely return when back in Richmond!!

I had an amazing experience here! The atmosphere is beautiful and it smells fantastic. When I arrived, someone walked in without a mask on and the woman at the front desk was very adamant that this person needed to find a mask in order to be inside. I thought this was really professional and made me feel so comfortable. I had a deep tissue massage with Ali and it was by far one of the best massages I have ever had. She was very mindful and continued to ask for feedback on the pressure she was applying. I felt so calm and relaxed when I left! I can’t wait to come back soon.

My girlfriend and I went to get a couples massage for Valentine’s Day and it was GLORIOUS! I felt so safe with their COVID precautions and they were so personable the whole time. The hot towels and aromatherapy was incredible and the pressure was just right. My massage therapist paid attention to my preferences and was very thorough. Highly recommend, we’re looking for any occasion to go back!

Had the 2 hour organic bliss package and it was BLISS! Rachel was my massage therapist and did a wonderful job, I felt so relaxed and loose. Then I had my facial with Jana and she took great care of skin, explaining everything she was doing/using along the way. She also gave me some really helpful tips for daily care! I will definitely be returning!
