When placing my order and then making the arrangements for delivery for an out of stock order,both stores,one in Wise Virginia and their neighboring store in Norton Virginia collaborated together as a team to make sure I got what I wanted..I spoke with several employees from both stores and they were all very professional,helpful,kind and courteous.. I highly recommend E-Z Rentals Home Furnishings to purchase your furniture needs from either the Wise or Norton locations..

My experience with this place was horrible. We rented a sectional just to be giving bed bugs. They refuse to help us treat the problem. Basically it was, we gave you bed bugs, tough. Even the district manager was rude when speaking with us. I don't understand how they can get away with doing this people. Especially when the bugs came from their furniture?
