Since this is the closest Walmart to Fort Knox, I went to pick up a birthday cake for our son. When I got to the bakery their was a lady cutting meat. After about 5 minutes I said excuse me I need this cake to be written on. She says to me bakery is already gone fir the day, it was only 630pm. She also just ignored me, never asked if I needed help. She goes I can try not sure what it will look like. I went to straight over the service desk, I spoke with an assistant manager she says Victoria is back from lunch she knows how. We walked back over to the bakery, I told her no that’s the lady who said she didn’t know how. She was even giving the assistant manager attitude. I drove to the Walmart in Elizabethtown where we will be going from now on. This location has lost our business forever.
Don't waste your time. There are never any bakery people there past noon and the managers that are supposed to help bakery customers won't.nnGo to Kroger.
