Ashley is amazing. She's very knowledgeable and has easy booking. I've had cupping, regular therapeutic massaged, and ashiatsu there and all are amazing. She's wonderful at figuring out exactly what you need as well.
Ashley does an amazing job. She listens to what you say and provides massage customized for your needs. She has an outstanding knowledge and healing touch. Since I started with her, I have had less injury and been able to enjoy more time doing what I love (ultra running). I won’t go anywhere else. Simply the best around.

Ashley is a top notch massage therapist! Her knowledge of body mechanics and therapeutic body work is amazing. Literally the best therapeutic body work I have ever experienced. She follows each treatment with discussion of problem areas and how to work to stretch or manage those areas between sessions. Having her a part of my regular self care regimen is CRUCIAL for my muscle recovery and SANITY.
Ashley does a fantastic job at working on my problem areas. She brings so much relief to muscle pain and tightness and gives me stretches to do in between massages to help maintain my progress. I love how dedicated Ashley is to helping me make progress and feel better. Hands down, she is the best!
