Super easy communication with all the staff members! I am too busy to visit the store after the move, so started with the text to find what I was looking for and finished the payment over the phone. I am just waiting for the delivery. I could tell all of them were just trying to be helpful and I had the very specific dimensions to fit in the room, and they found ones that work for me. The whole experience was nice and smooth. (And fast!)
I had the pleasure of shopping at LaDIFF for the first time today. It won’t be my last. Jeremy helped me find the perfect coffee table for my apartment. I never knew that such a wonderful, locally owned furniture store was right in my neighborhood. LaDIFF has everything you’re looking for and pricing to suit every budget. Jeremy was fantastic. One of the few times I’ve been to a furniture store to browse and found what I was looking for on the spot. Wonderful experience.
A great experience finding 2 chairs. Lea showed us all possible options that fit our specifications. She was very knowledgeable about sales upcoming, fabric and leather selection. Lea was pleasant (funny) and efficient. She showed our 5 selections together on a PowerPoint. That made the selection much easier.
Lea was super personable demonstrating the Stressless recliners and asked questions and had insights that uncovered points I had not considered. Also took the time to educate me on the manufacturer's app so that I could determine on my own at home the appearance of a particular chair design/colour and how it would look in my own surroundings. She made it fun!
Three floors of amazing home furnishings. Found the most comfortable desk chair ever! Great gift section for unusual and intelligent gifts for people who don't need a bed or sofa or shelving right now. Outdoor furniture too.
