Lovesac

Visited Short Pump on Tuesday afternoon and wanted to inquire about getting a new couch. Was not even greeted or said hello to before the associate working there said, “see um. You’re not allowed to have drinks in here.” There was a shelf right next to where I was standing but no offer for my water to go there nor any attempt to help or have a friendly conversation. I was so excited after working at short pump through the pandemic to come back to visit and see I didn’t need an appointment just to be treated with such poor customer service. It’s really a disappointment because I was really excited about potentially getting a love-sac couch for our home. Due to the poor customer service I will happily invest thousands elsewhere with a company that cares about my business.

From start to finish the experience dealing with Lovesac has been very easy. The store manager at Short Pump Town center mall made me and my family welcome as we were making our choice for purchase. The price of Lovesac was a little high, but I also bought new furniture with the expectation of it lasting a long time. I really like that as my family grows, so will my Sactional. Thank you!

For the most part my experience was fine because I went in to buy and knew what to expect as far as pricing and we are happy with our purchases.nThe sales person greeted my family and I upon arrival. He was nice and talked to my son about Spider-Man so things were fine.nI will mention... He remained at his counter while we quickly scanned the room. I asked a few questions and it was very short answered and again remaining at the counter. I felt like we were not taken serious or he felt we were just browsing. But I had 3 young kids with me so I was trying to make things quick cause who takes 3 kids to a furniture store at night, during a pandemic not to buy right. I inform him that we have done a little research but wanted to come in for FINAL picks, hoping that would encourage him to give us his all, but no nothing outside of what I asked. Literally pointing across the room. That one there is.... that one over there is.....Another couple came in and the other sales person greeted them and walked around answering questions even showed them the blocks and all you could do. So I said...well I guess we can figure it out by looking at these blocks on what we will need. That’s when my husband said ok we want something like this.... thats when the sales person that greeted us got to it. He came over with his tablet and started engaging with us. Ended up with not just the sactional that I came in for but a big sac for the kids.nIn the car my husband says damn we had to prove we was a serious buy or something....I replied yea they sized us up. The other couple stormed out after making a scene about the price. Whatever

Staff is very friendly, patient, & kind throughout entire process. Dominique took his time in explaining everything & was helpful from start to finish. Definitely will be going back to for my additional seating needs.

Love the customer service and attention at this store. They were able to answer all my questions and meet all my needs while we were there. Would definitely recommend this!
