I had a great experience at this La-z-boy store. Kayla did a great job explaining the differences of the recliners that I was looking to buy. I really appreciate her taking the time to help me. There were several recliners in stock and I am so excited for my delivery! The store is looks great and is well maintained, and It's thankfully clean which made me feel comfortable to shop there. Had a great experience with this lay z boy store. I went in, told them exactly what I was looking for, which was a recliner I could take home that day, and they had one that worked perfect for me and was on sale. Can’t beat that! It’s a nice and comfortable chair, and we’re happy with it so far. The show room looked great, and I saw lots of beautiful furniture. I would definitely go back when I need more furniture and have the time to customize. Lots of great styles and fabrics.
Vasili was awesome! He is the store manager at the Short Pump location, and he was very knowledgeable and patient, as we asked a ton of questions. One thing I really liked was that he showed us the section where we needed to look, left us to try out all of the different recliners, and came back several times to ask if we needed any more help or had any other questions. He was never pushy and he didn’t try to steer us towards a more expensive option. I will definitely be going back when I’m in the market for new furniture!
The salesperson who assisted me - Zaza - was very knowledgeable. After explaining what I needed he showed me the models that matched my requirements and explained the fabrics and other options available. I was quickly able to make my selection, he went over the pertaining information and out the door I went. No fuss, no muss, just a very nice pleasant experience. I am very happy with my choice of buying at La-z-boy.
