Wonderful customer service experience, easy to setup a payment plan for our new computer.
After I signed my contract, i asked for a copy and was given a hard time about getting it. When i called the store to request my copy that i never received i was met with poor customer service. The associate never tried to meet my request but gave a bunch of excuses as to why he couldn't do it. No attempt was made to satisfy my concerns.
