First of all bad customer service 7252 west broad location if I could I would definitely give them -1 just very rude staff.If you missed a payment and never been late they will continue to call you numerous of times come to your house like stalkers.When u finally answer they question you about your money like it’s not an pandemic going on.then when u tell them come get it oh they can’t cause it’s 2 females and no one to run the store then asked if you can bring it Um no it’s your merchandise you come get it. If y’all needed help that bad it’s called hiring for the weekends but be pressed to make sure a payment is made.Anybody that goes to this location DON’T GO HERE THE WORST AND UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!!!

I spoke with Amanda in the Richmond store this morning and within minutes she had ordered my requested items. Super friendly, so easy to deal with and so nice. Even went upstairs and took a picture of a chair I was interested in and sent it to me to ensure I liked it. Clearly goes above and beyond for her clients. I ended up not needing one of the pieces I ordered as I was gifted the recliner, when I notified her she was just as friendly cancel the order and resumed the Rest of my order with no problem. I would highly recommend this store and I would highly recommend dealing directly with Amanda. This girl was born for retail and dealing with the public. Five stars all the way I will continue to deal with her and Aarons in the future for sure.

They are the worst place to get anything from they will call you 8 to 10 times a day and the people you put on your list as references if your a day late they will say there going call the police when they can not do that and they will come to your house and if they try to come in you have all right to do as you need they are just horrible I can’t wait to pay off the tv I got I wish I never would have got it’s 1200 and I should gone Walmart and paid the 500 just save your money and don’t do it trust me
