Haverty's was a great buying experience compared to other furniture stores in the area. The staff was very friendly, helpful and not overbearing whatsoever. They were able to get my wife and I financed for everything we needed for our new home with a great 5 years no interest deal. We purchased a bedroom suite, powered-adjustable king bed platform frame, electric fireplace/TV stand, 2 area rugs, an entry console table and matching end table. Great selection and fair prices.
Because Jonna listened to what I needed & she was patient & knowledgeable about recommending options. Plus she looked at pictures of the room to help her coordinate colors. Her computer skills were great. She compared the sofa we had bought there several years ago with the one that was purchased today. Then she helped me decide on fabric for a recliner. It was a pleasant and productive experience.
Worked with Ben who was great. He showed me the couches that would best suit me, so it was easier to decide. Only thing I wish was better was the $149 delivery fee. Every other furniture store i went to had free delivery, so that swallowed up my $200 savings on the sofa.

Ty did an excellent job last week working with me on choosing a chair for my new bedroom. He was extremely helpful and has a great personality. Came back today to purchase and the experience was seamless.
