Had the best experience during this process! The sales man Richard was very knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful! I have been to the other major furniture stores and did not get the level of superior service i received at Roses Furniture!!!!!!
My sale person was excellent!! I tried multiple times to rate him.. He went above and beyond to provide me with I desired!! Mr White was his last name Richard I think was his first name at the Mechanicsville location in Richmond
The manager Rich was great! He was able to answer all of my questions and even went out of his way to check on the availability of an item I was interested in purchasing. I had planned to spend the majority of the day looking for furniture, but I was so impressed with the quality of the furniture and his customer service that I made my purchase immediately. He turned what could have been a tedious process into one that was quick and easy. Thank you Rich!
