Hired them to open pool. Had trouble getting return call. Came, put vac in pool. Next day snuck back to pool area, took vac. Without saying a word! Purchased over $200.00 worth of shock. Now I am out $200.00 and still need help with pool. By the way, the shock never fully desolved. The do have a lot of inventory so, you may not need to special order whatever you need. Try it.. You may have better luck.

Why didn't I come to you earlier! The customer service at this company is remarkable. As soon as I walked in the store, a energetic and well mannered young man greets me. You could tell just by listening to him speak to customers that he is a knowledgeable pool expert. His ability to diagnose and solve the issues with my pool exceeded my expectations. I have been struggling with my pool for over three months. I spent well over $500.00 with another company and have not been able to use my pool due to the algae. After spending only $20.00 with this company my pool looked like drinking water. When I returned to pay a compliment to the manager, I discovered it was the manager himself who helped me. If you want great customer service, good prices, and a friendly environment, I really recommend you go to this store. They are the best, I love them!
Bought a fire pit table in August. Intermittent problems through the Fall and into Winter. They just replaced the burner at no charge and everything is working perfectly. Nice to deal with a company that stands behind their products!!! Highly recommend them.
