As soon as I walked through the door Sara M greeted me. I told her what I was looking for and she walked me through some great options. She allowed me to walk the store to browse the inventory on my own, which is what I prefer. When I was ready to make a decision on my purchase, Sara was thorough and helpful making the process incredibly easy.nBefore arriving at Rooms to Go, I had been to Haynes and Ashley furniture stores. I was pleasantly surprised that Rooms to Go had the best selection at the best prices, and the staff won me over thanks to Sara.

Drove 2 hours to go to this Rooms To Go and it was worth all the while. We worked with Andrew and he did an incredible job helping us find a sectional and master bed frame to fit our budget and lifestyle!!! We are truly glad to have had Andrew help us make everything possible for our new home in DC. Some things are worth the wait! 10/10 recommend to come visit this store. Furniture does take some time to ship, so even if you're looking for weeks - months later, I would suggest going in to take a peak! Great quality furniture and assistance.

Catherine was amazing!! I told her what I was looking for and she showed me multiple different things. She didn’t try to sell me on anything I wasn’t in love with. She explain how their current promotion worked. Paperwork was really quick. I called after I left because I thought I may have ordered the wrong side of the couch but she assured me it was the correct one. All in all a perfect buying experience! I would definitely come here again

Great experience. I'm so luckily to have been working with Yun Ni Chen - she made the whole process so easy.nnI knew I wanted a bedroom set but not sure which one. Once I decided, she helped me make sure the furniture would fit in the room (I brought measurements), find a mattress in my price range and two wonderful lamps! I was grateful that after all the decisions had been made the process was very quick and I was on my way. I got her business card and will work with her on any future purchases and would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

My experience with Rooms to Go was outstanding in consideration of social distancing and not living in the Richmond area. I had viewed a couch online and really liked it but wanted to know how the seating felt prior to purchasing. I reached out to salesman, Cory Taylor for assistance. He met my sister at the store on a planned date and assisted her with locating the sofa in the showroom. Through FaceTime and telephone conversations, Cory provided me and my sister with outstanding customer service as well as being patient with my indecisiveness. I purchased the sofa and will most definitely make Rooms to Go a “go to” furniture store for any upcoming needs. Cory, you provided the “southern hospitality” I am missing since moving from Richmond. Keep up the great work!
