The Store Manager was extremely patient and understanding. He willingly spent the time we needed to make a decision on which furniture we would select. This especially significant because this was an exchange for furniture we were very displeased with and he will not received any commission on this transaction. It’s rare to find this level of customer service today. He should be commended for a job well done. He restored my confidence in Ashley Furniture as I was considering never returning again.

Conrad was absolutely wonderful. He takes pride in his job and in getting to know his customers. He took his time with me and listened to what I was looking for and even suggested items that he felt I would like. This surprised me and I appreciated him in doing so. He is a gem! Though my experience has been mixed, I must give a great review for Sergio. He had previously sold my brother a couch for his new home, so I was excited to work with him. He was very knowledgeable about all the inventory and was honest with me regarding cost, value and expected wait time. However, my delivery was canceled due to a defect with the couch and I was told I would have to wait another month until I would receive it. So I decided to reach out to Sergio and he came through! Here I am a week after my original delivery date and I have my beautiful new couch. So Sergio thank you for your excellent customer service!!!

Bree is absolutely wonderful. She is kind, funny, sociable and made our shopping experience personable and delightful. Bree ensured we were comfortable and she assisted us in picking furniture that met our likes and needs. Bree was extremely helpful in trying to find the perfect sofa for me. She showed me many options to help gage what I liked and didn’t like and helped with figuring out a perfect layout for my living room. She was patient with my deliberations and was happy to help me.nnThe store is well layer out with plenty of options, including what seems to be the very more elusive fabric couches. Management was helpful and friendly, and the process was straight forward.
