We are very pleased with the service and furniture we received. Our sales rep, Pamela, was fantastic. She spent almost 2 hours with us helping us to decide what furniture was best for us. She was patient, friendly and fun. The 2 delivery drivers were also very friendly and efficient. I enjoyed chatting with them as they put the furniture together. I would absolutely recommend Value City. The furniture is fantastic. Pamela was even able to get us extra pillows for the couch. 100% pleased.
Aaron with Lucas Moves and his crew delivered my sofa today. This is the third one we've had to have delivered due to issues with the first two. The delivery went very smoothly and the gentlemen were great! Here's to hoping the third time is a charm ud83dude42

She went the extra mile to assist me in finding out the details of my new bedroom set w/adjustable frame.
