Good service. Good selection of items. Only complaint about Arhaus in general is that they sometimes seem a little too focused on commissioned sales vs. customer service, but I will say that the employees at the Short Pump location were very helpful.

Just a bad experience every time. I keep hoping for professional service but instead I leave feeling like someone just lied to me to get as much of my money as possible.nnI did reach out at that phone number and nothing. Just another garbage experience. Downgrading to one star.

Been in this ew store twice since it opened ES. Each time not a single person spoke to me while in the store. No greetings, asks for help, or goodbyes....
