Sales person was awesome,I found a beautiful bedroom set at a great price all the bells and whistles.I didn't get it yet but my buying experience was exceptional. They sell wall to wall rugs as well as beautiful area rugs. I was looking at everything for hours I couldn't leave the store. My 1st time visiting and it will not be my last .I will keep you updated when my furniture gets delivered . As well as the appointment for the rug measurements for my upstairs bedrooms .I can't wait so excited . Everyone was very knowledgeable and believe me I ask a lot of questions. Post again soon!
Paid for furniture 11/2020. Was told that our delivery date would be by 01/21. Called 01/21 and was told 02/21. Received a call from my salesman stating that the furniture would be delivered 3/2021. Went in today to see what the delivery date would be and was told that we would likely not receive our furniture until 8/2021-9/2021.nnWhen we initially purchased in 11/2020 I asked if we could purchase the floor model. This was not an option. Went in today and the floor model is no longer on the floor. Was informed that it had been sold.nnNot able to recommend this store.
Re-posting:nnI ordered a few furniture items and one of them were delivered with the incorrect size. I tried multiple times to get help from the local store where I placed my order but they told me there is nothing they can do and that I have to speak with corporate customer service. I contacted corporate customer service and they told me there is nothing they can do and that I have to check with the local store. No one was willing to help at all. My experience is the exact opposite of what the company founder’s son (E.J. Strelitz) preaches on their TV commercial (aka “give our customers more value for their money”). They literally took my money for no value in exchange. What a total con job!nnI must say they were great until I paid for my order. However, they, including the sales person (Doug) and the store manager (Sheldon) didn’t even care for a bit when I reported my issue. I gave up after a number of calls and visits - essentially I lost about $2,000 (the amount I paid for a furniture with the wrong size). What a terrible experience!!! The worst customer service experience ever.
Went into the furniture store on the 1st of January to purchase mattress and box spring they told me to be delivered on the 24th then went to February 4th the customer service not answering the phone I would hate to think that my delivery doesn't matter because of my color or maybe it's because of the amount of money I spent which was a little under a $1,000 when you look at the reviews there is a great difference between 5 star and 1star I wonder why they have that big of a difference and one experience someone has and another experienced another person have it should be more consistent. And FYI I'm still waiting for someone to call me about my mattress being delivered
Was a great experience in dealing with the sales and service of this establishment. Very helpful and cordial. Brought our first bedroom suit and mattress from them. Great prices. They beat out all the other prices that we got.
