Wonderful! I have a neck issue from wrestling and a quadricep issue from running. Eden knew exactly how to approach these injuries and substantially eased the pain. I really appreciate that Eden offered her expertise in discussing the possible root causes, and advice for self-care.

I had a massage at FloydFest and was lucky enough to have Eden Woolwine as my massage therapist. She asked questions upfront to determine areas to work on. I have only had a couple of massages in the past so I am a relative newbie, but she was wonderful. I definitely recommend her and will make an appointment soon in her own office.
I started training for an Ironman about 8 months ago and recently added sports massage therapy into my routine. Choosing Eden was one of the best decisions I could have made on this front. Not only does she have a mastery of massage that I've only encountered a few times before but she also understands what is necessary for sports recovery! Before the massage she asked lots of insightful questions about my training plan and race schedule and was able to give me solid advice on training intensity following the massage.nnScheduling appointments in conjunction with my training plan is a breeze. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the sports massage and looking forward to my future visits.
