Excellent customer service wonderful and helpful staff can't wait to go again.
Ice cream was great as always. However the cashier argued with me about cup sizes. Ordered a like it an 2 kids. All ice cream cups were the exact same size. Kids cups. Don't argue with clients about cup sizes when you are obviously wrong.
i went to this store about a month ago and was very pleased with the effort of their employees Jordan and Donovan. although the ice cream was very messy and they never gave me napkins!!

I just wanted to give a shout out to Alyssa for being amazing. She was being yelled at by an extremely rude customer, and she never stooped to his level. She remained polite and was doing her best to diffuse the situation despite his unreasonable attitude towards her for things out of her control. I apologized to her for having to deal with that, and she never even made a negative comment then. She was so kind, patient, and I just want her to know that I appreciate her.
