Over the years I've had several different creative pops from Candy Valley! From specialty made cake pops that looked like wolves to adorable creations with unique flavor combinations. Keya's cake pops are exquisite and she does a wonderful job coming up with special creations for whatever the occasion may be!
Candy Valley Cake Co is my GO TO for cake pops. I have thrown so many challenges Keya’s way and she brings them back even better than I could imagine. My favorite projects were wolf cake pops and Alice in wonderland themed cake pops.
In July, Keya from Candy Valley Cake Co. agreed to provide a 3D groom's cake for my son's rehearsal dinner last weekend. Three weeks before the wedding, she simply stopped communicating with me. The owner of my wedding venue was able to get a text response from her only to find out she was in CA. At this point, I only had 2 weeks to find a bakery in Richmond to create a 3D cake and sadly I wasn't able to. I would strongly recommend NOT using this bakery for a special event or if you have a deadline. They will not respond or communicate or keep their commitment.

My husband's work received a holiday gift from one of their customers from this vendor and we absolutely loved the pops. I was so excited to order with them for my baby shower and contacted over a month in advance to get a quote. They have terrible communication. I emailed them, never heard back so I followed up a week later, finally received a delayed response giving me some kind of excuse why it took so long to respond. They asked me when I was available to have a phone conversation so I replied back immediately with my availability and never heard back from them again. Decided to not waste my time anymore and moved on to other options.
