Welcome Home Furniture is run by some very nice people who believe in doing the right thing by their customers!! Recently we had an order for bedroom furniture unexpectedly fall through, but it was totally outside both Welcome Home’s control and ours. Unfortunately it was just one of those things. Great folks, you can pick the level of quality they try to serve all. Some reviews here are not all valid complaints. If you have a warranty issue that's always between you and the company, warranties are company policies not store policies. I have bought sofas, mattresses and other furniture with no problem! Will go again!
We purchased a King Mattress set and it lasted about eighteen months. They replaced it and the next one lasted close to a year. They have avoided us since June 14 2019 and no answer and nothing has been done.
