They nice people, helpful and got what I needed.
If I could give a no stars review I would. These people are rude and downright nosey. The older man that was/ is in a management position would constantly belittle my grandmother about her payments and even outright asked if i worked or not(i worked a full time job and was her caretaker) but her payments were her business not mine. i ended up paying off her remaining balance so we could be rid of these people.
I do not recommend doing business here, they have no idea what’s going on! Two different occasions I was assured that my dryer would be picked up to be worked on no one ever decided to show up-if you can go to a different Aaron’s store I highly recommend it!! Go to the Marion or Bluefield store!!
Friendly courteous have always done us right we have bought all our appliances at Aaron's highly recommend
Prices entirely too high for used merchandise. These places take advantage of people with no or poor credit! You end up paying 3 times the cost of the item. Read your paperwork closely and keep all paperwork and receipts.
