My husband and I had the best experience when shopping for a new recliner. The saleswoman was super sweet. Delivery was prompt. The whole experience was nice and easy. I am so glad that we stopped and shopped with Allen's.

Great customer service. Friendly people. Delivery was 1hour and half later than was told. 11:00 - 12:00 window. Came 1:30. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call. We will see on my next order.
