Loved it! Such an awesome birthday treat for myself.
It's a Cold Stone, like the many other in the world. This one is convenient if you are in the area, and reasonably clean with prompt service.
I went into cold stone as a paying customer. Needing to use the bathroom. I was not allowed to even though I was 36 weeks pregnant and had been on the road 8 hours. I was forced to hold it as they looked at me as if I was dumb for even trying to use it. I also had my two year old with me who needed to use the restroom as well .
Really clean and happy staff. I believe there is a new owner. I now order ahead of time and it's so quick! My daughter and I go there a lot. Always a good experience!
My service was excellent. I order some pretty picky ice cream creations, and they made them (our server was Meghan) happily and precisely. She even boxed them up in to-go bowls cleanly and made sure they didn't spill anywhere. Coldstone is on the pricey side, for sure, but I was pleased with this experience and would recommend them.
