Like other reviewers, I wish I had read the reviews before placing a delivery order from this store. I placed my order 4 hours ago and the cookies still haven't been delivered. I got one customer service rep on the phone after being on hold for 20 minutes, but she wasn't able to reach anyone at the actual store, so I have no clue where this order even is right now. I've never had such a bad customer service experience!

This place is delicious! A bit pricey, but worth it for an occasional treat. The peanut butter cookies are the greatest!

THE COOKIES ARE GREAT but having masks under your noses = terrible customer service in a PANDEMIC. I have witnessed this on MULTIPLE OCCASIONS. You never know who's at high risk so protect others especially if you're serving cold and room temperature food.nBE NICER TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND PROTECT THEM

I ordered 2 brownies and 6 cookies online at 11:20 pm and didn’t get them til 12:50 am. I called them at 12:20 and was *rudely* informed that my cookies were on their way despite the tracker telling me they were still baking. I don’t know how it takes someone an additional 30 minutes to get me the cookies when I live less than a mile away from them. All that being said, the cookies were warm and tasted great! My friend absolutely inhaled the brownies so they must have also been fantastic. Moral of the story, the sweets are good but pick them up yourself.

Ordered the Dozen mix cookies and Valentine box for my VT daughter. She was so happy when they were delivered and still warm!!. Great way to surprise your family away at college. Picked delivery time too! Was perfect.
