Best cake I’ve ever tasted!!! Fast and friendly service!!
I ordered a sheet cake and cupcakes for my son's graduation party and everyone loved both. The cake was so good and moist. The icing was sweet without being too sweet and we all enjoyed. This was the first time I used New River Cakes, but I wil definitely use them again.
Visited this downtown gem and was not disappointed! The service was amazing and the key lime cupcake was even more so. Thank you for providing something sweet during these bitter times.
I've visited this bakery a few times and always received kind and friendly customer service. This is not a chain bakery, and this is why it's so good. Everything I've purchased, since summer to present, has been fresh and delicious. Daily selections vary, but if you're looking for something in particular, just ask, as it may be in the back, waiting to be frosted, and you can choose your flavors. The customer service was so good I wanted to leave a review. Before posting, I saw some bad reviews. In my opinion, a small town bakery is not going to purposely ruin someone's important order, because it can affect their reputation. There are always two sides to every story, and I hope people can forgive and move on. I can only speak for my own experience, but along with outstanding customer service, the cupcakes and Christmas goodies have been wonderful.
Cupcakes there are a revelation. Melt in your mouth, and tasty. The owner was polite, and informative on her products. Lots of options, and she goes the extra mile on helping you. I definitely will be a repeat customer to her business. ud83dude0e
