I moved recently and was recommended to go see Rachel at Mattress Warehouse from a friend. From start to finish, my experience with MW was amazing. Rachel was patient and knowledgeable, giving me multiple different options to see what fit right. I ended up purchasing a Nectar under Rachel's guidance and it has been by far the best mattress I have ever slept on. The delivery and set up was very quick and easy, it was so nice not having to worry about the logistics. Thank you to Rachel and the MW crew for making this such an easy and wonderful experience for me.

This was a very good experience from start to finished. The have tech to show what bed you need and got an amazing bed. Rachel was amazing and gave us all the discounts and extra. I wound recommended going there if you need a new bed.

We bought a mattress on oct 2020, they offered to match the price at any time and give 50% back.nOn black Friday 2020, the mattress was cheaper so I call them and I got a confirmation with the amount of money that I will get back and I still have nothing.nI keep calling them and they said they already send the money, blaming the bank, so I asked for the transaction number so I can claim it directly with the bank and they didn’t give me that information, the lady said she will talk to someone to se what happened.nnDon’t trust on deals that they offer because they don’t do it.nMy next step it’s to call the better business bureau.
