My family and I had a great experience working with Reuben! We noticed his friendliness and positive attitude right away. We appreciated that he wasn't your typical pushy salesman wanting to make a quick sale. Reuben helped us purchase a two-piece sofa set. He patiently explained the details of the sale to us and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend working with Reuben at Bob's Discount Furniture in Chantilly.
Came here today at the recommendation of a friend. The showroom is clean, well-organized, and full of beautiful pieces. They've done a great job with social distancing, masks, and hand sanitizer. They assigned a sales associate, Nada, as soon as I walked in. Nada was professional and friendly but gave me time and space to shop at my leisure. I took pictures of the pieces I liked most then took my questions to Nada. She is wonderfully knowledgeable about the products, color selections and other available options. She was friendly, smart, and so efficient once I decided on my beautiful new living room set and recliner. The pricing is quite reasonable, and Nada made the entire process so easy! I will definitely ask for her when we come back for a bedroom set. Thank you, Nada!!!
Edit: a year later with my furniture and it is mostly still in working condition. The motor on one side of my reclining loveseat has just stopped working after 1 year. Other than that, it’s still in great condition and I don’t have many complaints. The 3 other motors in my various pieces still work, so I guess 3/4 isn’t bad. I didn’t go with manual recliners, and I’m not sure if that would have been a better move. Make sure you opt-in for White Glove service unless you’re strong as an Ox. The furniture can be heavy and cumbersome, even when disassembled. Living in a 3 story townhouse proved that you need all the help you can get maneuvering around staircases and narrow entries. Threshold delivery was helpful, but White Glove was worth the extra on the heavy stuff.nnThe salesperson was helpful. I already had a good idea of what I wanted to purchase before going into the store, but I was still pleased for the assistance. I was satisfied with my whole experience in the store. I liked the selection of furniture, particularly I was looking at recliners. I’m hoping that my purchase lasts me many years.
Yaya was awesome. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. Not pushy, but attentive. Really the total package in a floor salesman. Kevin the manager was equally wonderful. All in all, I’d have to say this was the best experience I’ve had in a furniture store in my life. I will certainly be back to purchase more furniture from this friendly, accommodating staff, at Fairfax Bob’s.
Had an excellent exoerience working with Paul. He made sure we were taken care of and informed of all our options. Not to mention the prices here are unbeatable. We went to a couple other warehouses with the same exact dining sets, but Bobs was hundreds of dollars below them all. Only downside is the ship time to get you furniture can be a little long but the price is definitely worth any kind of wait.
