We had a fantastic experience with John and JB in the custom design and selection of our seating and floor coverings for our family room and dining areas. They took the time to understand our space and provided us with wonderful options. They worked hard to match our product preferences, delivery times and budget criteria to our choices. John was a pleasure to work with and a terrific designer. He was very open in sharing his opinions with us of the pros and cons of our seating and flooring needs. Delivery timeframes and white-glove installation in our home met our expectations. Overall, Willem Smith FurnitureWorks provided a superior custom furniture purchasing experience at a fair price.

The simple clean lines of the Francisco sleep sofa belies the fact that it is a sleeper. It is very comfortable. The sofa with twin sleeper is elegant and compact. It's the perfect additional seating that is multi functional.

We love our new chairs. My husband and I spend a number of hours sitting at our kitchen table. Over the past 30 years we have gone through at least 3 sets of chairs trying to find the most comfortable seating for us. Most dining chairs are not designed for long periods of sitting. After spending months looking for hopefully our “forever” chairs we walked into Willem Smith Furniture Works. Quality and comfort is what we found there. Every piece of furniture can be custom made to suit your requirements. Jon is an expert in guiding you through the process, asking relevant questions and educating you about the construction of a fine piece of furniture whether it is a chair, sofa or case goods. Almost every piece of furniture that is made today places more importance on the look of the furniture then comfort. Rarely do you find furniture that places equal importance of style, comfort and quality. Their fabric selections offer a wide range of options highly rated for upholstery. Willem Smith delivered the product in a timely manner. If you are looking for quality, comfort and sophisticated design I recommend you go to Willem Smith.
