Kitchen and Bath Shop - Fairfax

Poor customer service. We’ve been wanting to have the kitchen remodeled but we were always tied up at work, juggling work and kids. Finally was able to take some time off at work and decided to get the work done so I called them as they were one of the closets to where we live. We called and inquired and the person who assisted me was very polite and accommodated all my questions. So the initial conversation went well we decided I could come by and check the design at the shop and go from there. I was told she will check the availability for shop visit and let me know so I left her our phone number and email. Few days later we still haven’t heard back from them so I called again. The person who answered the call apologized. They just missed out to return my call. Well I went to the shop and took hours before I was assisted. This kind of delay of service is really not attractive. I hope you improve your customer service in the future.

We remodeled our closet in the bedroom, hallway and in the basement with Kitchen and Bath Shop in Fairfax and these guys were simply amazing. The designer carefully listened to our ideas and she came up with even much better ones to maximize our space and make it much more appealing, elegant and functional.nnThey were extremely professional and communicative. I can tell a number of things of how they went above and beyond to address some of the things that are to be honest fell under our jurisdiction. Without their help, this project would have dragged on and on for weeks.nnI also liked how honest and transparent they were and they even told us they don't recommend some of the things they sell and urged us to go and buy from somewhere else because those products wouldn't fit well with our design. It kind of created trust between us and them and helped move forward with this project easily.nnJohan was a joy to work with and it was easy to communicate with him. He kept our scheduling and ordering right on time. You'd be hiring a professional team if you decide to work with Kitchen and Bath Shop.

Last month we hired Kitchen and Bath Shop in Fairfax to redesign and build our outdated kitchen in our outdated condo. We were initially skeptical and worried because it required a lot of gut job and we had to pick a company that would know what they are doing. We were lucky. Folks at Kitchen and Bath Shop have done a great job in installing new cabinets and countertops that completely changed the facade of our kitchen. If we were not financially constrained, we'd have given our bathroom to them as well.nnThe installation crew were really polite and kind and they cleaned up themselves every day after the job. Between permits, shipping, installation and the entire completion of the job, we have finished everything in less than 20 days. They worked a miracle for us.

We reached out to Dulles / Fairfax Kitchen and Bath for a major renovation on our kitchen and we were extremely worried that it would just drag on and on before we go into a vacation season. Every place we called told us that as big remodeling as the one we were about to start would take at least a month, if not more. We had to have it done before July as we had house guests arriving and we were then would leave for a vacation. Only Dulles told us that they could do it in 21 days (including all permits etc) and they delivered. From the designer to the project manager and his installation crew didn't let us down and did whatever they could to complete by the deadline. They did an amazing job and addressed all our concerns.nnWhat we love about working with Dulles is not only the quality work they put out but also how respectful they were at our house and how they cleaned up after themselves almost every day. We felt no dust around and they tried to keep their noise down as much as possible.nnWe love everything about our kitchen remodeling -- new, modern-looking, bright, vibrant kitchen cabinets, countertops, the floor, lighting, backsplash -- just everything! They were also very honest and did keep us apprised about every step they were going to take. If something we wanted wouldn't fit the visual consistency of the kitchen, they would say so. If something was overpriced, they warned us and went above and beyond to find something that would cost a lot less. Great experience and great outcome!
