Macy's Furniture Gallery -

Beautiful furniture gallery located upstairs along with housewares and the Backstage section. The lower level has men's and women's clothing along with fragrances and jewelry. Nicely laid out and the staff is amazing.

Some sellers from cosmetic area are very rude and unfriendly (except from Chanel counter).nFrom what the staffs here are doing with their attitude, especially when they NEVER WANT TO HELP CUSTOMERS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE PRODUCTS, I guess this Macy's will not be able to maintain their business long time.nSadly something like this happens at Macy's as I am a very big fan of Macy's and I spend a lot at Macy's every year.nHopefully one day all Macy's store managers will see some reviews like this and improve their sale staffs (especially their serving attitude) . I never wanna see Macy's has to close some stores like other unsuccessful stores.

If you're buying furniture or mattress from Macys their worry no more protection plan is a scam they will not honor their agreement

I've been customer of Macy's for many years. They are always my first shopping destination for all clothes/shoes shopping for Me. The employees are friendly and helpful specially Suraiya guide me through with online shopping and took time to explain how that works.Their return service is also excellent. I highly recommend this place to shop. Want to see them around many more years. :-)

Very unhappy with this gallery at Macy's. Some of the sales folks are extremely unprofessional.
