Nick did a great job walking me through my options for an office chair, and got me a great deal too.nnI appreciated having someone to walk me through all the options. The buying experience was so much better than Amazon, and the price actually beat what I was able to find online.

We had a great experience at the Healthy Back Store. My wife took me to buy a new desk chair that supports my back because my old chair just wasn't doing it for me. Guy, our sales agent, was great and helped us pick out a chair, and more importantly, how to adjust the chair for me. I brought the chair home, assembly and adjustment were easy, and now I am sitting in it as I write this review. Very satisfied customer...

The team at the healthy back store care about people and not about pushing products. They are knowledgeable and willing to share their honest opinions about products and whether or not you need certain repairs or services. It’s a great business.

These guys are the kings of customer service, a rare thing in deed -- at this elevated level! Guy and Nick took all the necessary time to find the the chair that fits me best, gave me a white glove delivery service, and followed up after the delivery to made sure everything is top notch. and that I am satisfied. I don't think I have ever given anyone a 5 star rating. Guy and Nick deserve it because I literally work 10 hours straight without getting stiff or cramped -- love the chair; love the service. THANKS, GUYS.

Guy, our sales person was very knowledgeable and kind when helping me decide what chair I needed for my office. I really appreciate the important tips he gave me about how to sit and adjust the chair properly. I am looking forward to my chair arriving to me. Goodbye back and neck pain!
