I had an overall great experience. Sarah is very nice and helped with our purchase. She offered to help as we stepped into the store and answered our questions throughout our time in the store. We didn't make the purchase right away and she answered our follow up texts and calls nearly immediately. which was great.nShe took our deposit over the phone but didn't email us anything as confirmation, there are definitely rooms for improvement here.nWe purchased a bed to our new house, so on-time delivery is very important; and the truck came on time, the two guys delivering and installing the bed were friendly and got the work done.nBed looks great, no scratches, no damages.nnI was glad this came much smoother than what others had gone through.

Went in and was instantly amazed at the hospitality of BIF staff! Sarah went above and beyond to find us the perfect sofas! Everything from the point of sale to the customizations to the delivery was smooth and exceptional! Will definitely be returning for future sofas!

I purchased a bunch of Jesper home office pieces. They were delivered on time as promised the day of purchase. I liked how they had their own delivery team. They knew what they were doing and also very nice. Will definitely do business with BIF in the future.nn[Update - I have no memory of either visiting this store, or writing this review. The writing doesn’t sound like me. I don’t know who this company is but it looks like they’re getting dodgy reviews posted about them so I’d watch out!]

My wife and I came here by chance and fell in love with the offerings. It was bit out of our range but the quality and the design convinced us that this is the right place for us. Sarah was such a sweetheart and helped us throughout. No pressure and her patience was remarkable. Thank you Sarah and after 4 months we still love our choice.

The worst customer service ever. The furniture is not here 6 months after ordering. The rep keeps lying about the delivery date. I will never do business with them again. The furniture is beautiful but it can be bought elsewhere.
