I've asked them 4 help b4, of course i have 2 fill up some paper works, the staff members are attentive, i never really have any problems with them since i 1st time i asked them 4 help, i'm not sure if i could still get approved this time, but with All the help they provided me these past few years, i'll stay Grateful 2 them, they could choose not 2 help me, but they did! Thank You so Much! i really appreciate All the Help You provided 4 me. Take Care. Godspeed! ☺

The people assigned to your cases are completely disrespectful. They treat people as if the help is coming from their pockets or as if you asking them for favors. They talk to people who need help with a horrible attitude. You are all getting paid with taxes money! Is the money we citizens paid. If we come for help is because we are experiencing a difficult situation and don't deserve to be disrespected.

This department of social services people never pick up call and never reply your emails or voicemail. They are so annoying and careless. They just make person to come to there office and give you an application personally which is so annoying and inconvenient. So, if u cannot do your job properly then u shouldn’t be in this Government job.
