I am being abused physically, mentally, phonological and spiritual and I want something done about it . I won't rest until something is done with this crazy schizophrenic

My calls are never answered. I have been calling for about a week and it seems the phone is disconnected or the workers are always on lunch break. I love Fairfax but the housing situation is really complicated and there are not enough resources.
