Awesome customer service! Great spa - Bull frog!! Charlotte is amazing!!

Don't buy any electrical part from them unless you can ABSOLUTELY use it. They sold me a pump, went to install it and I couldn't because I couldn't get my old pump apart. Went to home Depot and bought a complete pump because it was a Sunday and they weren't open. Took it back today for credit and they wouldn't take it back. They could clearly see that it had never been installed and could've tested it if they wanted to. But no, they made no effort!!!! Will never go back there!!!!!!!!

I talked with Jessica on the phone and she was very pleasant and informative. I'm only giving 1 star because she suggested I go on the website and look at the variety of pools before we settled on one. My problem is when I go on the site it directs me to do surveys, which I don't do. So I backed out, tried to go to the website again and just get a blank screen. If I can't see the merchandise, I can't decide what we want
