One21 Salon Spa and Wellness

I absolutely LOVE One21 Salon Spa! They are super friendly and welcoming. The services are great. I leave refreshed each time. Everything is always clean and neat. The tech I had was my personal fav before she left. But I continue to go simply because they are all great!

Would give zero stars if I could. I went in to get a platinum blonde and dark ash brown balayage. My hair is naturally light brown, and they made my hair orange. I have never been so unsatisfied with my hair. I showed them a picture and everything, and the result was far from even close to what I wanted. Do not go to this salon, unless you want orange hair with patches of blonde and brown mixed in. Will never go back.

Only place I will let wax this kitty!! Tried another place an I will NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN!! Lindsay is the best in burg!! Worth it in so many way!! plus TIP 100% worth her doing it

Lindsey always does a beautiful job on mine and my daughter's hair. We get compliments weeks for weeks after!

I’ve only been for waxing services but everyone is so polite and accommodating, definitely will be going back.
