Massage Envy

My Wife and I had our first experience with Massage Envy today , it couldn't have went better. I had an amazing massage with Kendra, and my Wife had a facial with Jessica. Both were outstanding and informative. Literally the best massage I've ever had and my Wife Loved her facial. We lovednIt so much we got a membership, we can't wait to go back. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for the great experience.

I had an appointment there for a 90 minute massage. The day of the appointment was after some inclement weather and I called multiple times to confirm my appointment. No answer. I drive by there no one is at the front desk. I continue to call and finally someone answers the phone a hour after my scheduled appointment. The rep says that my appointment was not today and was actually scheduled a month from today. I ask to speak to the manager and she says someone how it was a miscommunication and the appointment was a month away. I took off a day from work for this appointment and rescheduled my entire day and their only response was would you like to reschedule. SMH. This was there fault and their miscommunication. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and will not be using them again.

I always go to a company massage business with a skeptical eye but hoping for the best. I had a good experience a few years back at the VA Beach location so I thought I'd give this location a try. I was more pleased at how professionally I was treated by the receptionist who did my paperwork. That plus the quality of my massage by Brion had me sign up again to be a member. Thus far everyone has been super friendly and the several massage therapists that I have had (Brion, Paul, and Joe) have been very accommodating with my ever changing requests (and if you need a super deep no holds barred massage, Joe is your guy!). It is also easy to book thorough the app if you want a 60 min massage. Honestly, the rating of 4 out of 5 is due to the app. For some reason it lets you choose 90 mins but it does not show any availability except for a few people so you need to call the location to set up a 90 min massage if your therapist(s) do t show up for availability (as i was typing this i thought Id check the again and apparently they fixed it since I called on Friday! ud83dude4c) Also wish it was easier to find the phone # on the app (you have to go to Account and scroll down) particularly since at the moment with the pandemic you need to call from your vehicle upon arrival. But the humans you interact with, at least in my experience, have been fantastic!

Great place for just about everything you'd like to get pampered with. From massages to facials, their staff is totally awesome.

Deanna was amazing! My body was so tight and stiff that morning, it’s 2 days later and I’m still feeling great. I got the hydration Boost in my lotion too. My skin is soo soft from it. 110% worth the $10.
