The hospitality of About Face really depends on who is at the reception desk when you get there. One time I was curtly told to go upstairs to wait for the hairdresser I was scheduled with, and another time I was kindly offered something to drink first.nnDavid gave me a good haircut, although it wasn't quite what I was hoping for, probably because of my example photo. Brynne seemed really comfortable cutting curly hair to have ample layers, however it seemed like she didn't quite adjust her technique for the rather long length I asked for — if I wanted my hair right below the shoulders or higher, I think it would have been a perfect result. I have not gone to the other stylists at About Face, but I would feel comfortable going there and giving other stylists a try as well. Everyone is going to have a little different technique since they're each independent stylists under the About Face umbrella.
