I got my nails done 2 weeks ago. In 2 days 1 of my GEL nails was 1/2 off. They fixed it but said I had to have hit something causing it to come off. Made me mad but thenin 5 days another one was loose. Went back and the owner basically started screaming at me that she didn't use cheap products. Over and over again. I told her something was wrong. She fixed it but charged me $10. Now I have to go somewhere else because in 2 weeks I have 4 loose nails. Don't go here because I saw them make fun of a girl to her face over nail polish.
This is the worst place I’ve ever been to to get my nails done. She charge me $60 for a simple fill in and design on one nail . She did not paint my entire nail and when I asked her about doing so she said that she would but did not my shape and was completely off. After telling her about the problems I had with my nails she recommended that I go elsewhere
My toes were completely crooked and the polish was all uneven. When I asked for it to be fixed the woman who owns the store raised her voice and YELLED at me for several minutes in front of everyone in the store. That is no way to run a business. I will NEVER be back. I went to take a business card and she pulled the cards from me and said you don’t come back.
I got a acrylic set and was told that i had to wait because they were waiting for a lady to show up for her appointment. There was only one person in there and i waited 30 mins and the lady was late and when she arrived i had to wait another hr. And the lady that did my nails she wasnt social and my nails didnt look right and i tried to call them and tell them and they hung up on me. When they do wrong they dont try to fix it either they are making a bad name for themselves.
So unprofessional. I was getting a pedi when the owner started yelling at someone because THEY screwed up her pedi!! She jerked the business card right out of her hand. That is not how you treat customers - I will not be back.
