I love how they work my nails very polite! And good service

I went And got my nails done on Friday they were crooked and not the shape that i had asked for i messaged the lady that did my nails and told her what was wrong and she has yet to respond or even try to fix her mistake. I was warned about them but now i guess they wont be getting my services anymore since they cant own up to there mistakes

The lady who does my nails doesn’t take time . She makes them uneven , shorter then the other . And doesn’t shape them right . She rushed through my nails !

Charged me for a gel fill when I didn’t get gel. I was given a set of colors and no other options. I asked why my fill was $25 and was told I chose gel when I did not Charged me $36 dollars when I couldn’t gotten a better new set for that price somewhere else. Also gave me the incorrect change back. The shape of my nails are awful and uneven as well as the paint job and they used used materials on my nails as well and did not wash their hands between customers. I was really hopeful but will not be returning.

Just wanted to get a nail fixed... they wouldn’t fix it bc I didn’t get them done there before- never heard or had that happened before. I don’t live in this city ... really rude and strange experience.
