Iced latte tastes good but they left off the sugar topping that usually comes on the signature and took absolutely forever

The food is fine. It's pretty much Dunkin standard. If you go on the mornings when they're doing their free donut promo, though, make sure you double check your order. Twice now, they've gotten my order wrong. Once it was the wrong donut, which is frustrating but, y'know, it's still a donut and it's free, so I didn't think it was worth complaining about. The second time it was the wrong drink — a regular iced latte instead of a blueberry matcha iced latte, so SIGNIFICANT DIFFERENCE (especially when you don't drink coffee). They replaced it very promptly when I brought it to their attention, though, so points for that. I'll probably keep going whenever there's a promo because it's a very convenient location, but yeah.

I enjoy dunkins teas and bagels. Standard fare but it aways happens to hit the spot.

This is my local Dunkin'. The service is generally really good. I always order ahead on the app and usually it's ready when I arrive (and it only takes me 3 min to get there) and made correctly. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because with the new cold foam drinks roll out, this location didn't seem to be informed on how to actually make the new drinks (and usually they don't have a problem, i.e. the xmas and vday specials I tried were all perfrct). No idea what happened this time around, because they had up all the signs but didn't really know how cold foam drinks were made.

I think this place is family run, and it shows, because I feel like I'm family when I come in. Such great service and they always prepare my coffee perfectly.
