I've rented frequently from United Rentals and always been satisfied, but this time I needed scaffolding that wasn't available at other United Rental locations closer. Mike, Matt and the rest of the crew at the Covington location made it worth the 1.5 hour drive. Superior cheerful, helpful, and professional. They went out of their way before I got there to make sure they had what I needed. Great communications up front, initiative and customer focus. They even made a water bowl for the wife's thirsty dog while we were doing the paperwork. I could not have received better service.
We have rented from United on numerous occasions, with great results, service and support.
