I was served by the assistant manager (Chandra) and she is wonderful! She is so friendly and always on a great mood. A Customer came to her with a issue with thier order while I was waiting for my food nd how she handled it impressed me they left completely satisfied. A young man took my order the other day and I was having issues with the app. He knew exactly which coupon i was trying to use and understood they were having issues and applied it. That was excellent customer service
Needs to catch up with the times. Offering a milk substitute would be awesome. Nothing of substance for vegetarians.
We often visit this McDonald's location along the way to see my baby brother because it's fast and convenient. It's easy to get back on the interstate without any traffic hassles and the food is consistent McDonald's quality. We've never been there when they were too busy so we never get tied up and have to wait, it's always a quick stop and then back on our way.
Man let me tell u what the big macs here are amazing lmao but overall a great place to take ur family if your low on cash foods worth it
Covington Va McDonald's give out cold food even when you ask for it to be made to order...Frappuccino are full of ice not blended to well
