great customer service from beginning to completed installation. I appreciated the no pressure sale, suggestions, and the over all business transaction. I was contacted by the installers that were very nice and professional. GREAT JOB. Mel followed up with me after the installation and i informed him what a good experience it was. I wasn't impressed. The salesman was out of touched with what He was doing. I didn't feel welcomed there.

We recently replaced carpet in our recreation room with vinyl plank flooring and Stainmaster carpet on the stairs. Our installers were Butch and John on the stairs and Steve on the vinyl planks. Experts in both areas. Our experience with Trevor, Sales Representative, was exceptional. We found him to be knowledgeable in all aspects.
