Our sales associate Linda was extremely Helpful!! Her and all the other associates made the process very quick and easy! We had an idea of what we wanted going in to the store and Linda explained the sale promotion what it covered how the pricing worked, she told us about the warranty we could purchase that would cover our furniture if something happened or it was stained, very informative and friendly everyone was we will definitely be back for all our furniture needs!!

Ed helped us select a sofa set. He was most helpful and very professional. We did not want to wait for anything that was back ordered and he found us a great floor sample that we could have immediately. Will definitely shop here in the future.

I ordered a reclining couch from Schewel's and just had it delivered a few minutes ago. Not only do I love the couch, but Dylan and Sydney did an outstanding job during delivery. Linda, the sales associate was also pleasant to work with and very helpful. Would highly recommend this company.

The department store its self was Great. They had a wonderful selection to choose from.. the salesmen were great for the most part except for ours seemed like he was rushing us so I didn't even buy all I wanted to, but the manager made up for it by allowing a delivery fee 0f 100.00 to be taken off.nNow the reason I'm giving 3stars instead of four is because the delivery and set up to my home was horrible ud83dude43 They didn't come with tools, they broke my window, put horrible gouges in my door, and took my drill with them.

Great experience. They were very busy but didn't rush our shopping. Linda was patient and kind helping to meet all our needs. At checkout Garret was kind and talked with us explaining the charges, answering all of our questions, as well as the free delivery!
