Purchased a beautiful leather sofa this morning. If this holds up as well as everything I’ve purchased from Grands over the years, I’ll be well pleased. The majority of the furniture in our home was purchased from Grands. In fact, the first piece of furniture that l owned was my piano and I was 9 years old; I’m now 75. Have always enjoyed working with the sales personnel here. Kudos to Lora Parker for her excellent assistance.

After looking at several recliners, we ended up really liking the first one we looked at. Our guide was great and well informed. She explained the extra insurance and what it would cover. Very nice person!

Grands made sure we were happy with our purchase. Easy to deal with and even though we needed to make a change, they were responsive and processed the changes. Nice to have a company to stand behind their customers. Sheila was an awesome representative, ask for her when visiting.

Sales staff very knowledgeable and really helped me in picking out a recliner. The woman that checked me out in paying was very nice and friendly. The chair I got was a Lazy-Boy and was the best bargain that I found in the area.

Promptly greeted at the door. All questions answered in a no hassle environment and directed me to my purchase. Excellent service as always. Thanks Linda! Would definitely recommend.
