This was a great furniture store. The people were genuine and nice. It felt homey and cozy. I felt very comfortable looking around and shopping there.nThey also offer lots of different fabrics so you can customize your furniture. We were looking for a sofa for our living room. We didn't end up getting anything here because to get the customized furniture pieces was going to take about 20 weeks, and we wanted to get something really soon. There were some great things that we could get immediately, and there were a bunch of options, but nothing that matched the colors we were looking for. However, if we're looking for furniture again, and we're in less of a rush, we'll probably go here first!

Their customer service is exceptional.nBernadette is an outstanding designer and very patient in my decision making. She has always given me excellent suggestions on color, fabrics, style, room placement, etc.nI highly recommend Lancaster Galleries!

Very easy to browse around and not feel pressured into buying. Sales lady was very helpful with our questions and deciding. Was quick and easy to purchase items, great price and deal with financing.

My husband and I had a terrific experience furniture shopping at Lancaster Galleries. The selection was great...they had furniture at all price points and even had options that could be purchased directly off the floor. The customer experience was excellent and the staff were extremely helpful. This will definitely be our go to store for furniture shopping in the future!

The customer service was wonderful. The staff spent extra time helping us choose just the right piece for an odd space. When compared with other stores, including discount furniture outlets, the prices were comparable or better. Will definitely shop here again!
